SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are sent via USPS or UPS.
Signs are handmade to order and ready to ship within 5-7 business days. Processing times may be longer during major holidays. Delivery by USPS or UPS is about 3-4 business days.

To ensure your package arrives in plenty of time, please provide ample processing and shipping time. Please note, deliveries during major holidays can be delayed.

We are not responsible for packages arriving late and cannot issue refunds if your package arrives later than expected. If you know you need your order on a specific date, please contact us first to make sure we can fulfill your order on time.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped. In the rare occurrence that your order is lost or stolen, a claim will need to be submitted. Once that claim is processed, we can reship your order or provide a refund. Signature's are not included with our shipments.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All signs are handmade to order. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any reason other than a sign being damaged or a mistake has been made by us. If for any reason there is a problem with your sign, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Please send detailed pictures of the product and the packing if it was damaged.
